All I have to say is.. Fernando the manager needs to be fired.

I really hope that is correct name, because I believe he gave me someone else name. I went to Miami and the manager told me to go through the garbage to find my receipt to prove that I didn't utilize a service that he was charging me for. I believe if you are going to give someone a breakfast ticket and they do not use it, that is not grounds for charging them. In theory they are charging you the moment they print the voucher which is craziness.

He shrugged his shoulders at me. He rolled his eyes. He began to speak to Spanish. He lacked customer service, which is very disappointing.

Because, I have stayed at other RIU hotels when I travel out of the country, but this is ridiculous.

He needs to be fired... His staff was better at customer service than he was.

I liked: I liked the staff kevin.

I didn't like: I was disappointed with the short fat spanish manager, Fernando.
